# Count down. Be ready. — Jiangzhi

> Something to look forward to. A little preparation along the way.

- Availability: Invitation only · iPhone & iPad

## 01 · A date becomes a plan.

1. **The day** — Trips, birthdays, interviews, and the small things happening tonight.
2. **The preparation** — Arrange tasks relative to the event. Change the date, and preparation moves with it.
3. **The reminder** — A gentle rhythm for distant milestones. Specific reminders when it is time to act.

## 02 · At home on your iPhone.

Native controls. Local data. Useful system integrations.

## 04 · Your events stay local.

- **Planning data** (on your device): No account, advertising or analytics. Export backups to a location you choose.
- **Group messages** (only to selected bots): Your device posts directly to the platform. Webhook credentials stay in this device’s Keychain.
- **Feedback** (when you submit it): Your text, selected screenshots and basic technical details help resolve your report.

## 05 · A few useful details.

**Will reminders work offline?**

Local notifications and system alarms are scheduled on your device. Sound and delivery presentation follow your notification, Focus and alarm permissions. Group messages and feedback require a network connection.

**Are group messages guaranteed at the exact time?**

No. iOS does not wake an app to make a network request when a local notification fires. Jiangzhi sends while running, during opportunities granted by iOS, or when a Shortcuts automation runs. It shows delivery history and avoids blindly retrying an unconfirmed request.

**How do I automate group reminders?**

In Shortcuts, create a personal automation and add Jiangzhi → Send Due Group Reminders. Choose a time, alarm, Focus or another supported trigger. iOS controls execution, lock-screen restrictions and confirmation requirements.
