## Common questions

### Why did I not hear a reminder?

Check Settings → Notifications in Jiangzhi, then the system notification settings, sound, Focus and Scheduled Summary. Open the app occasionally to refill the rolling local-notification queue. AlarmKit is an optional separate permission on iOS 26.

### Why was a webhook delayed or unconfirmed?

iOS controls when background code can run. Use Shortcuts personal automation for an additional trigger. Check Delivery History, the bot URL, signing secret and platform limits. If the result is unconfirmed, check the group before retrying to avoid a duplicate.

### Can I move to another device?

Export a backup from Settings → Data & Backup. Import it on the other device to add missing events and templates. Re-enter webhook credentials on that device; exported backups never contain them.
