Privacy Policy

Last updated October 21, 2026

Planning stays local. You choose when anything is sent.

Local planning data

Events, dates, preparation, templates, reflections, settings and delivery history are stored locally. Jiangzhi does not require an account, use advertising identifiers, or include analytics or advertising SDKs.

Direct group webhooks

When you select a group for an event, your device sends reminder text directly to the selected bot platform. Supported platforms include Feishu/Lark, Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams Workflows, WeCom and DingTalk. Each platform applies its own privacy policy. There is no Jiangzhi relay or remote scheduling service.

Webhook URLs and signing secrets are stored in the device Keychain with device-only protection. They are excluded from exported backups, widgets and Spotlight. Delivery history stays local. iOS controls background execution; exact-time network delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Optional feedback

Only when you submit feedback, your title, description, selected screenshots, app version, build, device model, OS version and language are sent over HTTPS to feedback.hintskill.com. Feedback is used to investigate and improve the app. We do not request a user account, advertising ID or device-unique identifier.

Feedback is retained as needed to resolve reports and maintain the product. To request deletion, contact jiangzhi@hintlib.com and provide the feedback details or submission identifier. Do not include passwords or webhook credentials in feedback.

Apple system features and backups

Widgets, Spotlight, Siri, Shortcuts, Live Activities, system alarms and device backups follow Apple’s system permissions and settings. Event titles can appear on system surfaces you enable. Exported backup files contain planning data and templates, without webhook credentials. Protect the files and storage location you choose.

Your choices

Delete events and groups in the app, manage permissions in iOS Settings, and export local backups. Removing a group stops future sends from the app; messages already delivered remain subject to the platform’s controls. Uninstalling removes app data according to iOS behavior. Device-only Keychain entries can persist after uninstall; revoke a webhook at its platform if needed.
